Gen 3/4 seats fit in our cars?

I found a set of of 2009 seats. Will they fit our cars without problems?

I'm not sure about the 2009 seats but I know some have swapped out theirs for Gen 3 seats. I tried to get Gen 3 seats in mine but I didn't like how cramped it was inside. Some have done it with success and liked them but I didn't like them in mine.

GEN 3/4 seats are a bit cramped from what I have experienced.... Waiting for a set of GEN 5 to pop up.

Do a search, I did a write up on installing the Gen 4 seats in my 97. I am 200 lbs and 6', I think they are a huge upgrade, more comfortable and hold you in better. If I was taller or heavier, it might be a problem.

You could have a upholstery shop custom build them to the shape you want.

Related Q: Are the drivers and passengers in a GEN-II the same? I've had them both out before, but never compared the two. Reason I ask is that my drivers is getting a bit worn but the passenger looks new. I'd like to switch them and use the passenger side for awhile!! Ha.
