Gen 4 Exhaust Tips, Do they bolt up to Gen 3 mufflers?

Ive been told Gen 4 exhaust tips clamp right on where the crossover pipe did on the gen3?

If this is true, does anyone with after market exhaust installed have Gen 4 tips laying around? I need to remove the crossover piping and replace with the Gen 4 tips to relieve some of the heat under my seat.

I have an 06 with 08 exhaust cans on it. They run from the cats back to the tip. Easy to do and should be cheap if you find someone who upgraded their exhausts on 08 to 10 viper.

I have a set if your interested 08 exhaust is the same as gen3 without the cross over I did it than changed muffler had the same numbers so I just bolted tips on

FYI I put cat delete pipes on my gen 4 (these were used off a gen 3) that the seller had made to rid his car of the crossover pipes. Everything interchanges wonderfully.
