cause i have 2 sets of the sidewinders in my garage from other carsWhy order the track pack if you're just gonna sell the rims and possibly tires. It would probably be cheaper to just get the rotors in the aftermarket in the long run since you would be selling off 2/3 of the package anyway.

The Stoptech rotors from Chrysler last time I checked were about $3200 separately give or take.
SRT engineers have said that the offsets for Gen 4 wheels are different than Gen 5 wheels. Might want to check clearance before selling Gen 5 wheels.

That is correct, but only for the fronts. They will probably stick out about 3/4" further than the stock 2003-2010 wheels. The rears are the same as the Gen 3/4 wheels so no difference there. The fronts are 10.5 inches wide vs the 1999-2010 width of ten inches. This results in a 20mm outboard offset difference - roughly 3/4 of an inch.
Shouldn't stop several folks from trying, as they are truly gorgeous wheels.
Damn. I'm absolutely in love with the Sidewinder II's and had been planning on trying to get a set to stick on my Gen 4 but I hadn't considered how they'd stick out past the wheel arch. Bah, well there goes that plan.
Street Serpent front?
Guys run an 11" front wheel so a 10.5" won't be a problem
Really depends on the offset. The offset will determine if the wheel sticks out or sticks in.
They changed the offset to run a bigger tire up front and not rub on the inside at full lock. Not because of wider body work. I run a 12.5" rim up front.
did you order the trak pak on your car? i guess the $ 500 is a deposit lol$500 check in the mail
We know for a fact that the outside offset is 20mm or 0.787 inches, so while the wheel width only increased a half inch up front (10 inches to 10.5), the wheel itself moved out another 0.28 inches. That said, with a 285/35-18 tire it appears the top tire edge will still be just inside the wheel arch. The other interesting thing with these wheels is that they appear to have a thicker pad - the part that mounts to the hub. We suspect that is where much of the offset is created. We will get a couple side-by-side shots with the Gen 2 & 3/4 wheel pads to compare. We never recommend modifying factory wheels for safety reasons, but can't help but wonder what it would look like if the pad was shaved down a little. Of course the rears are unchanged from the Gen 3/4 wheel, so no worries there.
