GTR quarter mile time of 11.9 secs??? Did he have a dead horse in the trunk? How do you drive a GTR badly in the 1/4 mile, geesh, MotorTrend = fail

GTR is really an amazing car. If they could only make it lighter and sleeker looking it would be killer.
There's nothing even close stoplight to stoplight in that price range.

Damn that GTR is one UGLY car! Also, notice the LFA driver was sleeping at the line.

Up close the GTR isn't a bad looking car. It doesn't stand out, but it's a 2+2, not a low slung sports car. It always has been that way. I've driven a couple and been up close to more then a handful, stock and modified and I don't think it's a bad looking car at all. It's got a lot of scoops and things, but they are for a reason. I dig it. Next to my car they tend to disappear, but so do most cars. That doesn't mean it's a bad looking car. It's just sort of plain.

If they could combine the LFA race car look with the GTR performance at a mid to low 100K price it would be a knockout.

I love the car and am not loyal to any one car in particular as you can see from my stable. For a car that is 38XX lbs it really is a marvel. This car is a pretty cool car and I really dont see any ugly things about this well thought out, incredibly designed car. I read somewhere that it has now clicked off a 0-60 in 2.7 seconds....that is a full 2 seconds faster than when R&T tested it in their "speed kings" Nov 2011 article. It was not even the black series which is somewhat lighter than the premium edition. This speed beats the Turbo S and is one step closer to the 2.5 for the Bugatti The one thing that just blew me away was the cost for a brake job....$8,000.00....yes you read it here $8K. This is because Nissan recommends that all rotors, calipers and pads be replaced. Ouch :omg:
