On ebay and other auctions, special edition / LE Vipers are fetching higher and higher prices as clued-in buyers ****** them up while they can. MSRP+ for preowned Gen Vs is quickly becoming the "bottom". This buying frenzy, combined with the Trump Economy of Endless Winning, strongly suggests this trend is only going to accelerate into spring and continue. $200K Gen 5 Vipers are beginning to look like a bargain.

Not saying I was right all along, but yeah, I was right all along. Feels good man. :D

Mine hasn't been listed for sale since fall but I get several people emailing me every few weeks asking about it, a few made offers but not enough. Demand is definitely increasing!

I have no interest in transporting the car to them nor do I want to pay ridiculous fees to some auction house. Besides, nobody, not even B-J, has one to sell.

You mean this one?

Looks like final price was $210K if this proxibid site is correct:
https://www.proxibid.com/aspr/2017-DODGE-VIPER-ACR-TA/39905197/LotDetail.asp?lid=39905197

Nice car. Was it originally a TA that was upgraded with ACR parts as part of a customization? I didn't know that "GTC TA ACR" was a thing from the factory.

Anyway, my point was mainly that I called it and felt compelled to gloat. Gen 5 Vipers are now fetching the prices they should have originally been sold for, and the fools who declined to buy my SR when I was willing to part with it for $115K-120K are now going to have to cough up MSRP or better. That's nuts! :D

It's a 1 of 1 TA Orange/Black with ACR Package/Extreme Package. So TA ACR, not sure I would say yes as TA Package is not whats listed in the equipment list, but yes, it's a Factory Viper with most of the TA visual items. That and I don't think its possible to have an Extreme Package and a TA Package The ad says 1 of 10, but because it's a Special Paint Viper, I don't think I'll ever know.

Feel free to gloat, I'll say congrats on the sale date :)

Jeff, you may be able to better categorize these 10 specially produced Vipers after a discussion with Bill Pemberton as they were his idea.

I have talked to Bill, absolutely a Great Guy. I think I worry him however. When I was working on the 2010 Woodhouse Vipers he wasn't sure how much or if he even could help me for privacy reasons (I respected that). I sent him the list of what I thought was the 2010 Woodhouse Vipers, I think I caught him off guard and put him in a difficult position. I will not do that again. Bill is an asset to the Viper Community at large and that help is greatly appreciated by many
