I have a Gen-1 ported and polished intake manifold for sale. The manifold is only polished above the injectors so the fuel does not stick to the sides. I had all the casting lines smoothed out inside the length of the runners. The plenums were opened up to fit 65 to 70mm throttle bodies. The manifold is a early (1991-1993) 4 row manifold, which has the biggest plenums. The finish has been smoothed/polished then Jet-Hot coated silver. Let me know if you are interested, James Bell.

It is extremely important tha you leave a sharp edge inside the plenum when you open up the TBO hole.

Hi JP
This sharp edge is it the inside of the opening so the inside and outside are the same diameter???

BAZ, it is the inside of the opening. Never try to smooth that edge out. If so will the air velocity get bad.
