Tried before and got stuck on some of the hard to reach rear bolts.

Anyone got any pics ect on what needs to be removed to easily take them off?

Thanks

passangers side is a little tricky. You've got to remove the cowel and a duct. Not hard though. As I've offered before, I can send you the repair manual pages if you want.

Twister I did mine, including reinstalling freshly painted valve covers without removing anything. If you're having trouble, you might need a new combo of tools/extensions etc

I too removed nothing and still managed to removed valve covers and intake manifold. However, I do agree with Mark. I removed the cowl and reinstall was significantly easier.

It's easy man. I have mine off right now putting in a breather system from Exotic Engine. Just pull the plug clips and remove the window cowl. Remove bolts and tap the cover and off it come. Seriously, if you can change the oil in a car you can take the Viper covers off in no time.

I watched Twisters video and realized that his setup has the valve cover spacers. I am sure that the extra 1" in height creates challenges that some of use have not seen.

I would use locktite and not over stress/torque the adjusters. I went thru several on a boat motor before I realized i was over torquing on the initial set up.

Do roller rockers benefit a Gen 3 since the ratio is the same as stock?
