Gentex Auto Dimming Mirror

Anyone ever install a gentex auto dimming mirror in a gen III/IV viper?

Yes. Not a difficult install. Lose your alarm light though.

I seriously hate those auto dimming mirrors. If they put one on the Gen 5 I might never buy one.

I put one in my '68 Corvette. I didn't realize how much I appreciated until I got the Viper. The mirror I had also had the outside temperature, I miss that too.

But on the Viper, I love the look of its oval shaped mirror. I wouldn't want to give that up. Sometimes form is more important than function.
