Any recommendations on good Dealer for Service in Dallas area. I've got a loud valve train noise when warmed up. I would like to take it somewhere that they still have a Viper Tech that has not been laid off.

Dallas Dodge off of 635 and Jupiter Rd. is the N. Tx VCA sponsor. Jerry Jackson (Service manager) is active in some of the club events. He will most likely refer you to Jeff Renfroe (service advisor). Terry Owens is the shop foreman and a Viper Tech, and is a great guy to deal with. Good luck :2tu:

Of all things, for special problems I've sent my car to Woodhouse.

They'll pick up and deliver (for a charge of course).

When I talked to Mark, in about 2 minutes he figured out over the phone two of the problems, but the other two he had to actually look at the car.

The car came back in great shape running better than ever.

Not Dallas area of course, but still possible.

LOL, where are all you DFW guys when it comes time to have a Viper meet? I know a few guys from other circles, and a couple from the alley. Don't see that many from the VCA.

:dunno:

If you still need help on anything Viper service related call Tomball Dodge (near Houston) at 281 351 2000. Their service dept. is EXCELLENT in all respects. Ask for Jim the Viper tech. He is the finest I have found anyhere and so is the entire dealership. Mark.
