Great Shine! Now how'd you get it all off? That's my only problem w/ Zaino. I either don't know how to take it all off or I don't know how much to use in the first place! I know it's the best on the market but I guess I just don't know how to use it properly. I guess I missed it on the web site.

Never can get a definitive answer!

Do you Zaino-meisters use power polisher/buffers, or is it all hand application (wax on, wax off gr****opper :)

I currently have a collection of Meguairs products, and my wife got me a sears orbital polisher/buffer for Dad's day, so I want to hit this seriously... It runs at 2400 cycles per min. She also approved an upgrade if this Sears polisher is not the right type of machine...

Anyone out there using machines to apply polish/wax, please advise!

thanks

Dude, you cant have a bonding experience with your car by using a machine that hums and vibrates...

(hmmm... are you thinking what i am thinking? lol)

You'll find your answer about the buffers and wax's
right here....
http://www.autopia-carport.com/forums/index.php

There's some very good info here.... I am thinking one of
the best investments you can buy is the new microfibre towels...

I got a set for fathersday and they are fantastic for taking
wax off of the car....

I just order'd a bunch more yesterday....

PJB,

I purchased the tiles at Home Depot, they are the peel and stick kind. Installation is pretty simple as long as you keep them straight. I used a chalk line to get a straight edge to start from. I started from the most seen edge and worked to the least seen edge but I think the proper way to do tile is to start from the middle and work your way outward, but that may only apply to tiling a room to each of the 4 surrounding walls. I used 4 tiles of the same color per block which is recommended for larger tiled areas so your floor doesn't look to "busy" and give you a headache if you stare at it too long. The tiles are pretty durable but they can be scratched or damaged if you try hard enough. But that's the advantage of using the peel and stick tiles, if you damage/scratch one they are easy and cheap to replace.

I appreciate the kudos on the floor, but our fellow forum member MOPAR STEVE gave me the idea so he's the real hero.

Jerry/Mike, your cars look great, I may have some catching up to do in the shine dept. !
