So....last sunday I was able to attend the 17th annual Glenmoor Gathers of Significant Automobiles. The VCA had a great showing with 11 Vipers on hand with three Vipers from WPC museum in addition to the 11 from the VCA. Roy "Father Viper" Sjoberg was even on hand with his car. However, the one piece that was the most interesting to me was the #91 GTS-R. To me, one of the best Vipers ever built. Just incredible to see that car there and still all dirty from the last race it had run.
But the real treat had for me had come at the end of the day when my wife and I were about to head out from the show. I told my wife I want to take one last look at the Vipers before we headed out and as we strolled by the GTS-R to my surprise they had removed the hood to show off the engine. May not be a big deal to some but again for me the GTS-R is just such a bad asp car that I was like a kid in a candy store and had to shoot a couple of pics.
