I understand from Chuck that there was a spare tire cover for the GTS, not sure if it is factory. I have a '98 RT/10 and am looking to make the trunk area nicer. Chuck did that with a GTS spare tire cover and that works fine. Problem is, I have no idea where to get one (if still available).:dunno:

I am not sure I want to do the whole truck cover bit, as yet at least.:nono:

If anyone knows, that would be great. Also, if there are different types (logo, no logo), pictures would be very nice too.:headbang:

Thanks.

One of the CA Regions used to sell a carpeted trunk mat for the RT/10. It went from side to side, and really made a nice difference.

You may also find a local upholstery shop or auto parts store (maybe on-line) that sells Llyods mats. Lloyd Mats They custom make all sorts of mats.

Very cool, guys....I looked at both, now need to decide what to do. Always wondered if the trunk mat (CA Region) lies flat or if it needs a masonite board or something like it under for support.:dunno:

But, regardless, thanks for the suggestions and links.:2tu:

The NorCal trunkmat is the same material as the floormats. It is thick, but takes on the shape of the trunk. You will have to support it if you want an absolutely flat surface.

I have the one with the VOI4 logo in the picture
the mats are getting worn out but the trunk mat is still like new
I don't use it because my N2O setup
if you want it PM me an offer

it sits flat
it is very thick and stiff so the unevenness of the spare doesn't really affect it

Dave, do you know if you can still order with that form?
I'd like to order another set of floor mats

If you go to their main page and the merchandise tab, it has a different date on it but appears to be the same form. Looks current to me.

The site went thru some changes recently but the mats are available.

I want to clarify my earlier post. The mat is thick. When installed in the trunk the mat is flat over the spare tire and then drops a little ( maybe an inch) on either side. This is not an issue for me, but if you want it to be table top flat an insert would have to be made to cover the trunk area for the mat to rest on.
