I extended the wiring loom on the RHS to get a good routing but no good idea on the LHS. The O2 sensor is surrounded by frame and floor boards and the only up out of the "hole" is where the header tubes are.

I'm sure others have faced this problem and I'm betting have found a solution - I don't see a good one.

Routing was done 25 years ago, the collector sensor is on the bottom of the collector, very accessible, but the lead goes under the frame, the O2 connector barb is thru the bottom, inner corner of the wheel house.

I was hoping to not have the wire zip tied under the bottom of the frame, but there's no good alternate path avoiding the headers.

There is a path behind the heat shield but it is a narrow corridor around 8" long with at most a 1/2" gap from the body. The leads would touch the heat shield if routed that way.
