Had my car shot in a video today..

I was contacted by a pastor of a local church who is doing an Accelerate series at his chruch. He wanted to come by to shoot some video with my car(s) in the background. I'm going to get a copy of the video from him, but the theme was about supercharging your spiritual lifestyle. He said before they came to my house they had shot video of an old junker truck like Maynard from the movie "CARS" and is going to compare the two for the series. Here is the pastor on the right and the video and audio guys on the left. The poor guy was freezing as it's really cold here today and he's from California.

Cool Our pastor did something like this about a year ago and only car they could find at the time for the video was a 94 Supra Turbo.
Were I live, there are not very many high end sports cars. I drive my Viper down the street and get a few looks. Guy drives up next to me in a lifted F250 and people just stare at it.

Actually, the guy was really cool and was just thrilled I took him for a ride. Yes, not the typical "Viper" shoot, but still fun none the less.

Funniest thing was it was in the 30's yday for the video and low 60's today. I really coulda got the BFG's to hook up today.. oh well, what the h....

I do know RX VIPER. That was funny, yet very true. The guy is more trouble than....well, me

They guys came back over today to shoot the second part of the series. We had out the Mamba and the pastor was talking about "shift gears" in our life and then we ran up to the gas station at 109 for a bit of the shoot. The pastor was talking about performance octane in our "spiritual" lives etc. when he ran inside for a moment. A guy inside the gas station saw the car and the audio/vid guys outside and asked him (the pastor) if we were shooting a *****! Now that was hilarious!

I've got the video on DVD, now I just have to upload to the computer.. once I figure out how. I'm very pleased with how it turned out.
