Here's the final Oakland's menu:
*Your guests will choose from the following three appetizers:
*Warm Bruschetta: Garlic rubbed Italian bread topped with a fondue of tomatoes, roasted peppers and eggplant, then finished with fresh whole milk mozzarella.
*Tuna Tartare: #1 Grade Yellow fin tuna chopped and tossed in a soy dijon marinadeserved with crispy wonton chips, seaweed salad and a wasabi whipped creme fraiche.
*Flash Fried Calamari: Tender calamari pieces are lightly fried and served with a yellow tomato dipping sauce.
For Lunch your guests will enjoy a choice of the following three entrees:
*Crab Cakes: Fresh jumbo lump crab meat and fresh herbs are pan sauteed and topped with a sweet and sour corn-mango chutney with a smoked jalapeno aioli.
*Grilled Chicken and Zucchini Sandwich: Fresh chicken ****** (marinated in garlic, shallots and olive oil) also zucchini are grilled and served on a roll with lettuce, tomato, french fried potatoes and basil mayonnaise.
*Hamburger/Cheeseburger: Super sized...12 ounces of fresh ground beef, cooked the way you like it, served with lettuce, tomato, onion and french fried potatoes. Available with choice of Swiss or American cheese.
For Dessert your guests will enjoy

The club will be kicking in enough to keep the cost exactly $25 per person (this includes tax and gratuity). Everyone will pay their server after the meal (credit cards are OK).
Depending on the number of guests, the club's contribution should amount to around $500 total.
