This is a little different than the aluminum Harbor Freight jack that I have now. Both are made by U.S. General. For $95 shipped I am going to try it and replace the heavy jack in my trailer. I have been very happy with my current jack....it gets a lot more than occasional use. Specs on both are below.

Are these jacks able to go under the side sills to lift the front, WITHOUT running the car up on wood? Thanks for the info!!!

I have 2 jacks (neither of these). One of mine is a "rapid pump" and the other is not. There is a big difference in the total effort expended lifting the car to the desired height between these 2 jacks...I would not get the slower pumping jack again for the difference in price mentioned above assuming this relationship also applies to the jacks you mention. Just my $.02.

Tony:

with a handle length of 24", it has to be limited in either rise speed or by the amount (large) of force required. I have the same jack that you have and it is a great deal and has remarkable workmanship for $150. However, if you compare it to a full range/weight jack, it is still slow and requires far more force to get lift. Let us know how it works.
