Don't order the push rods till you mount the rockers and have the rocker to valve geometry set. There is enough difference in each set-up that you cannot guarantee which push rods will work.

I just installed the T&D's. My car had the factory push rods with the black ring marking. I used the .040 shim on the T&D stand and ended up using a 7.600 length rod. Summit doesn't stock that range of push rod in the Comp brand, however, they stock the identical specification in the "Trick Flow" brand. I ended up buying 2 x 16.

You are going to find that there is a very small range of adjustment and the push rod has to be exact. If the rod is adjusted out of range you can stop the oil flow to the valve. If your car takes the the 7.600, e-mail me and I will send you the four push rods.

Be careful you just cannot buy the push rods that "Comp" lists for the viper. These rods are 7.9 and are only for use with their own cam. I live right down the street from Summit and no one there could find a way to order other than 16 push rods at a time except in the COmp kit and those won't work.
