Has anyone cut rear roof to give convertible appearance to RT-10 model?

Greetings fellow Vipors. Back in the mid 90's I owned both '93 and '94 RT-10's keeping long enough to enjoy a few months to then resell at local hi-end auctions. Ever since that time I've wanted another to "cut the rear roof" flush with the top of the doors to give the side-view appearance as if it were a convertible. Fearing financial consequences, I didn't have the nerve to procede with those desires, that is until now. The roof conversion shouldn't be a structural problem since the factory box-style frame provides the body rigid support. My question is: Has anyone already done this?

while it does look nicer than the new SRT convert., it looks too much like a Jaguar rag-top. since west coast can change an RT/10 into a rag-top, i wonder what the odds are of them giving my GTS a targa top?
