According to the flyer, the drawing will be held on Tuesday, October 12, 2004.
I'm quite surprised nobody officially announced this raffle, like they did in the past.

Alas, the raffle was officially announced in the VCA Members section of the forums. It will be seen at VOI 8 as well. You probably missed the actual photos and video of one of the body panels. It simply BLOWS AWAY the "cartoon mockup" seen in the flyer. Can't order raffle tickets unless you are a VCA member, nor did you see the announcement for the same reason. If you are a Viper owner you should become a VCA member. It truly has it's privileges!
