Have any UK members raced a TVR?

I have seen them in the showroom, but not in action. How does the Tuscan Speed Six compare? The interiors in those are amazing!

a few years ago, I had a wedge 390SE for a few months and
put it against the viper, it was fairly quick but soon swallowed
by the vipers torque. More recently, i've had 'races' against a griffith's and cerbera's they're much more viper like in the power department. There's plenty of tuscans on the roads, seen
a few at track days and they do look,go and sound impressive.
TVR has had cool interiors since 96, most were pretty boring before then

There's no plans to make the Speed 12 as a road car, only 2 road going prototype versions were made. Two race versions were made, the Viper thrashed it in this years GTS class, the racing GTO tuscan was coming strong at the end of the season

We had a TVR Cerbera in the shop last week to troubleshoot a running/idling problem. (Turned out to be a bad throttle position sensor.) Neat car, but I wondered how he got it here into the states. It was right hand drive, and I don't know if it was emissions-compliant. Grey market?

Mango: there's no problem tuning them, expect most parts have to
come from US, noise problem ?? none

A stock cerbera back in 97 would do a standing mile in less than
30 seconds, if you could keep it mechanically on the road, see Tom's post above. They are sadly known to be unreliable, heard
of many engine failure's around 7000 miles, a few tuscan's have gone bad as well
