Hawk HT-14 Track only pads

Any one know anything about these pads? Looking for a set of pads to use with my stock rotors (05 SRT10) for track days and found these on sale. Figured they were on sale for a reason!

good track pads but, do not plan on driving them to the track as they do not work very well when cold

Car will be trailered to the track. Are these good for both front and back or do most people go with something less aggressive for the rears?

Also, if swapping my street pads for track days with a set of these should I be having the rotors turned between the swaps or is it ok to swap sets without resufacing?
