Paul, here are some numbers from an 03 with TNT system. It was there 2nd system built and it does not have cats on it. They now incoporate the cats into the collector. I did this install about 6 months ago. The car only has 776 miles on it. It made 513.7 torque and 465.0 horsepower (74 degrees, 20% humidity). I am pulling the headers apart and sending them back to TNT to have the cats put in. I will dyno the car again after the repair and let you know what it does. Personally, I do not care for the exit tips on the TNT system, it just doesn't look "right"! Otherwise, the system fits well and looks nice. DW

David thanks for the reply.Do let me know the numbers when the cats are back. Doesnt seem like many are getting off of stock. Was thinking of the Belanger all the way back. Have Belanger headers on my 01 gts with Random Tech cats & Corsa xhaust. More noise please. Paul :usa:

Paul,

I did do the complete Belanger system on my SRT. Unfortunately, I do not have any Dyno #'s but can tell you that SOP feels stronger than stock and the sound is MUCH better.
Hope this helps a bit. Got my system from JonB at PartsRack...give him a call.

We have a complete header and side exhaust system we are finishing up on currently. We fitted it to our Comp Coupe and had good results. We will be doing a SRT/10 with cats soon and will post the results. The header is a 1 5/8 to 1
3/4 stepped design with merged collectors (all stainless).
Side exhaust is 3 inch with Borla XR-1 mufflers.

I removed the secondary cats from the car, they are the ones in front of the mufflers on the side of the car. The primary cat is further upstream. The cat has a large amount of substrate in it, and very close honycomb patern. I will say this much, the side sills are very cool, and the car does seem to run better. I'm using Bullet mufflers on the car. I don't see much reason in upgrading the primary cats on the car, as they are probably not that contrictive, since the car ran a secondary cat system. They are in a very hard to get to place. If you are putting headers on the car then I think it would be great to upgrade to high-flow cats, but Random Tech, does not have any for this car yet, unless the former model will. As the car is without headers, no way the former style Random Tech will work to replace the primary cat. Im sure they would work to replace the sec. cats on the side of the car, but why do that since the car will pass emissions with them off, and no check engine issues.

I did headers, hi flow cat, and exhaust from Belangers. I ove it. The quality is absolutely amazing. I dyno'd before I ad it done, and I ill dyno again this month and post again on the gains. The HEAT is gone from the footwell though!!

I like the "gone from the footwell" statement. My thoughts exactly. The heat that comes over the top is still there.

I have no issues will check engine lights using the simulator chips san catalysts. It seems like the most restrictive portion of the exhaust is the crossover pipes. That is after removing the cats and rplacing the mufflers with straight through bullets. The sound is good but seems a lot more restrictive than my RT/10. Next summer I will take pressure readings from the exhaust and see how restrictive it is. If it is high enough I may remove the crossover and take a minor "quality of sound" hit.
