I was wondering if anyone has had good luck with any kind of headlight film to protect their headlights from scratches, scrapes, etc? I've seen the smoke and yellow films on ebay from time to time. I'm looking for just a clear film, no colors. It'll be for a Gen.2. Any recommendations of where to go and how much would it cost? Thanks.

i have the black tinted kit off of Ebay, it does a great job of protecting the headlights... the fit is decent but it looks great on the car, i would Email the guy on ebay and see if her has the kits in clear....

or for about the same amount of money(and supporting a VCA sponsor) get the parts rack kit.

Parts Rack and Snake Oyl headlight shields are one in the same.
Different companies but why not buy right from who makes them rather than pay a little bit of a markup? I am not trying to take anything away from Partsrack, don't get me wrong, but if you can save a few more bucks that is what I would do.
