Heater gate door

Well ive boiled it down to the heater gate door, malfunctioning. Now the real question, how do i get at it? I hope i dont have to take the dash apart.
What do you think a dealer would charge to replace it.

Recirculation-air door and recirculation actuator???

If so, agree with dealer...but would put a DRB III on it first to diagnose well before I'd try to remove dash!!
