Okay guys, so I’ve read more than a few posts about people describing the same symptoms I have. When driving at cruising speeds with the windows even remotely open, there’s a strong exhaust smell that flows into my car. This problem immediately disappears when I roll the windows up though. I’ve attached a few pictures of the trunk vents/flaps (exhauster apertures). Do they look to be in good shape, and is this the correct position they should be in while stationary? Also, the previous owner added some sound system upgrades so my driver’s side vent/flap is mostly covered. Thanks for the help guys.

And tacos
You get a lot more exhaust fumes when you get rid of cats. If I stand in a garage even with door open my eyes start to water after a few seconds.

Tacos would only affect the situation if they were accompanied by beans.

I bought a new rear hatch weatherstripping kit, so I’ll see if the new seal will make a difference.
