Help, antifreeze leak

I have located my antifreeze leak, it is leaking at the back of the manifold. Looks like the thermostat housing, I have a small puddle of antifreeze on the top of the manifold. My question is do you have to remove the manifold to replace the gaskets. It looks very tight in there. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks Brett

My tech says that he can USUALLY change thermostat on a Gen I without removing the intake manifold...BUT there have been times when manifold has had to be removed...depends on individual Viper. Having changed hoses and plug wires on both our Gen I's, agree it looks tight, but probably do-able...it helps to have "weasel arms".

My local dealership replaced the thermostat and gaskets under warranty and did it by taking off the cowling that fits around the wiper shafts to give himself more room back there. It was tight, but he managed it fairly well. He did it by the book
