Anyone who knows the car well willing to look it over? or someone I can get to look it over who is reasonably priced?
HELP...need someone in Tampa, FL area to look a Viper over for me.

noone? aww come on guys help a brotha out! I plan to fly down there on tuesday to get the car and was hoping to have someone more familiar with the vipers help look it over.

I will be in the Clearwater/St. Pete area Monday. Is it a dealer or private party ? It would be nice if they could come to me because I am going to be fairly busy. Call me if you want to ....I will pm my #.

he is a little of both, he owns a little rinky dink dealership but bought the car for himself......
I doubt he would be able to come to you on monday as he will i assume be working at his dealership. But i will ask......and call you if he can. how far is clearwater from tampa?

I have to go to St Pete Mon. to pick up an engine....is he close ? The south or west side of Tampa borders St. Pete and Clearwater. To be more specific, I will be in Indian Rocks Beach.

thanks, i am actually flying to tampa tomorrow and arrive @ 2:30pm i am talking to Scott at Elite motorsports about doing an inspection on the car for me. they came highly recommended by Tom Wilson a VCA member and friend of a friend.
I also have a tentative appt at the Jerrry Ulm Dodge to have them look it over.

Second, many of us attended the V10 Nats this weekend.
Third, I live in Tampa but I work in Orlando and my boss is a real slave driver.

I totally understand, its a lot to ask of someone i don't know. i truly appreciate all the help and call si have received from the members thus far and look forward to finding myself a good clean viper and will certainly see you all at some of the events in my area(ie...Viper Days at VIR)

Eric H, Chuck (with Gerald and Antonio) looked at my car for me 3.5 years ago down in Tampa, so there are people there that help, but obviously the short notice and V10 Nationals didn't help matters. BTW, I see you are in my area. Do you have the car in your sig, or was that the car you were looking at, and/or did you buy that car?

I live and work in morrisville(RTP). But i work from home so I am pretty flexible and can meet just about anywhere/anytime during the day.
and don't worry i choose my friends wisely so i dont get in with the "wrong crowd" ;-) hehehe
