I know most do not listen to AM but I am getting virtually NO reception at all. And my FM reception is very poor. If I search for stations, the radio never finds any channels.

Is anyone else having this problem.

I had the dealer check it out today and they said their owners car has the same problem and there is nothing they can do about it.

There is a radio in the car???

I think I remember hearing something that sounded like music coming from the car once before I started it up.... Then it just went away...

No problem with reception so far. I have not been very far from home yet though. Lately I have only played CDs though. And occasionally a 10 cylinder symphony.

I used to get horrible reception in my car, but ever since I had my new CD player installed I pick up 5X more stations. A few nights ago I was picking up a salsa station??? I live in Ohio for crying out loud.

Can someone with a manual or CD please post (or email me) a schematic of where the antenna goes from the connection from the radio. I'd like to figure this thing out.

apparently DC is having some issues with the radio/antenna connections. requires replacement of either the radio or the antenna connector line-in.
