Help with Clifford Setup on my Viper

Check both fuse boxes for possible blown fuses. If all is OK, then try disconnecting alarm and starting, or try arming the system while you are in the car and starting it. One way or another you sould quickly be able to tell what the source of the problem is.

Has the factory alarm been disabled? It sounds like the factory alarm is in start and stall mode
