Two weeks ago, I went to Performance Audio in Vegas to see if they would suggest what I should install in my ACR. With thanks to several viper members and threads, I decided to go with the hertz 167xl component speakers, the JL Audio 6.5 woofer, the JL Audio 700/5 amp and the Kenwood media streaming receiver. I also got a set of the Massive CT2 tweeters if they go into the back of the back rest portion of the seats.

I got a bid and was advised that I should buy the Kenwood online because they did not carry it. I went ahead and bought what I wanted since they were asking retail prices but did not carry several of the other items I wanted to use.

I drop the Viper off on Saturday. Today I get a call first of all asking if I had bought the equipment from them...not....and subsequently I had to listen to this tirade on that I had bought unauthorized equipment from suppliers that were not designated dealers of brands that I bought. After listening to this for fifteen minutes, I say so are you going to do the car or not. I was told by there new front office person who really is a piece of work that they will call me tomorrow.

With this beginning, obviously I will have to find a great installer who is willing to do the job. Ideas? If there is no other professional reputable installers in Vegas or Phoenix, I will have to take the car elsewhere. I am open to suggestions.
