Looking for info on the best high flow cats to fit with Balenger headers and straight 3" exhaust

If you mean BEST in the strictest sense, our metal matrix cats, sold by tuners like AMG, RUF, etc to the supercar set at $1499/pr are the BEST. Flow figures unmatched. PartsRack at $699/set........cheaper if you buy the Belangers from us.

But we DONT want you to spend unwisely. If you mean BEST FOR YOU: What are your planned mods? Sound goals? Emissions concerns? Fittment concerns? (ie square-peg-in-round-hole problems.) Some sell rice-burner shorties, very cheap. We can, if that interests you. We have cats from $279-$699/pr. There is also an 'almost free" option! We can help if you give me a call. Thanks.

JonB sent me these Cheap cats from Random technologies. They were inexpensive and have a hard time thinking that they were viper specific. But thats ok. My buddies at the shop are crafty

A little welding and moving of parts and Violla'.

I am really happy with the way it turned out. I am usually skeptical about upgrades and HP but My car is honestly faster with the cats and the corsa 3 inch exhaust. It is squirely in 2nd gear now

I have the full Belenger exhaust, I got the hi-flow cats from JonB, they were the $375 ones and work great. Whatever you get make sure they're 3" in & 3" out.

Hey SoCal how much lounder dit the Cats make your car sound? Do you get more exhaust fumes with the new High flow Cats?

Cats made her a little louder, no additional fumes. The car sounds like a freakin' Indy car at WOT. You will NOT be disappointed by the sound. Every Viper owner that has heard my exhaust note has loved it.

I second that. I take mine up to about 5,000 RPM in first. Let of the throttle and youd think you were at a indy race. *Whop pop pop pop*

Its still pretty quit on the Freeway. But SoCal is right. You will not be disappointed. The only difference between his and mine is he has headers.

I can imagine that gives added sweetness

Cats are for Vette drivers! The next mod SloCal needs is a little wooden skewer that he can attach to his airdam. That way he can roast marshmallows as he follows behind Big Boy at the track.

WAR HEADERS AND NO CATS!

Note: the above post was merely hypothetical in nature - my car is entirely stock and I obey all emissions laws, however misguided they may be. Wanna race, SloCal?

Kid, it doesn't matter that your car is stock since you have the Big Boy cam that is ribbed for her pleasure. But think what it must be like to have the cam, the headers, exhaust and no cats. Not that I would know anything 'bout all that...

Yeah, I REALLY wouldn't know anything about that set up with Hennessey headers, Borla cat backs and cat deletes either. But, if I were to know a thing or two about a thing or two, not only would such a set up easily smoke SloCal's marshmallows, but P-Diddy's Red Witch better run for the hills as well, or the thrAshing Big Boy laid upon her pre-headers/cat delete would look like playtime. Bring on Superpuff!!

It's gonna take quite a bit more than my throwaways to dethrone the "ruler of all things Kid". The Stay Puff Marshmallow ACR will be at Pahrump this weekend looking for some more easy targets (read: anything owned by Kid). There's even a chance Papa-Smurf's Type-R will be there, so if your '97 with my sloppy seconds bolt-ons is looking for some easy targets you'll know where to find them.

So does that mean that the Red Witch is still hiding from Big Boy? Come on, don't tell me you are afraid of my sloppy seconds-enhanced '97!

Looks like maybe the Red Witch should be renamed the Red ***** because it will have to bow down and serve the needs of Kid Cam and his GTS/SS (Sloppy Seconds). I can smell the highway beatdown a' cookin!

I admit, SloCal, that I will have to defer to your professional assessment of "sloppy seconds" since in your career you undoubtedly have witnessed more sloppy seconds, thirds, fourths, fifths and so on than 99.9% of the general public. However, we both know that your Creampuff (which by the way, needed extensive mods to get to Big Boy's stock power level) stands no chance against the new and improved fire-spitting Big Boy with the "Mumdodge 550" package. But, if you feel the need to take your straight line thrAshing, I'd be happy to dole one out as soon as we can set up a strip day. As far as WSIR goes, Big Boy will not be making that trip until you can prove that you can beat the "Lil' 330 That Could." The last encounter you had with the 330 ended with the little guy blowing by you out of turn 9 at Willow, as I recall. Granted, P-Diddy was piloting the lil' silver bullet, but come on dude, until you can handle a car with 1/2 your hp regardless of the driver, I don't wanna hear any smack coming from your direction.

Bring it on Lumpy, I eat corporate attorneys for breakfast (either that or retain them). Name the time and place and I'll show you the creampuff that could.
