High Idle Problem

Seems like lots of vipers have this. Tap on the gas and it goes away. My 94 did it, my '98 does it. Here is what I have noticed.
Everytime I drive over a dusty road or area that will kick up excessive dust/dirt in the engine compartment, it will suffer from high idle for a few minutes after that... EVERYTIME....
I know.. Solution: Don't drive over dirt/dust.
I would be curious, if someone elses does this see if you've driven over any excessively dusty/dirty roads, driveways, parking lots..
