Now that is a car that was put to good use! I bought my car with what is considered high mileage(37), but really if a car is taken car of, it shouldn't be a huge depreciation issue. It is though, I would bet he sells it for 25K to 27K.

I agree with you Jason, but if you go for it, offer less. I got my '94 RT with 9,000 miles for $37K. That's only $8,000 different but 92,000 miles different. I consider my $8,000 well spent. I would offer him $20K for it. In fact, if he wants to take $20K, I'll take it. Otherwise even if it was 101,000 granny miles, you can get one with half that for not much more.
