Folks,

I did some searching but couldn't find the answer to this question. With my track alignment on my car I eat the inside of the tires quickly. Why do you have to run Hoosiers with the same side always in even when you swap on from right to left on the car. Wouldn't seem like it would make much difference but I know the tires are marked and you are supposed to always run the wear lines (I guess that is what they are) on the inside.

Can you swap them around or if I asking for trouble. Just trying to get more life out of them.

Thanks for the help,

Ken

They can be swapped on the rims to put the two lines on the outside of the tire. The word I was given by the experts was mount them correctly for the first heat cycle. Then you can swap them around as you see fit.
