Horsepower ratings 92-95

I noticed in a section of this site the hp ratings for 92-95 are all listed as 400. Wasn't it 400, 405, and then 415 for the 95's??

400 for 92-95 then 415 for 96 RT/10's then 450 for 96 and up GTS's and 97 RT/10's. ACR's were worth 460

It was 400hp all years except 96 (RT/10) it was rated 415hp. My 95 did 11.85/120mph with Headers and 3" sidepipes. So the Gen1 likes a free flowing exhaust a lot, at least mine did so.
