I am moving to Houston in the next few weeks. I have a RT10, is it even possible to enjoy a ******* car out there. I spent this last week there and it just seems ungodly hot. I was thinking of picking up a hard top for it. Also, is there anywhere to enjoy it on the weekends. I spent most of the week in gridlock and was happy ot have the comfort of the Navigator.

I have been here for 18 years and there are not many days to really enjoy driving. It rains a lot, traffic, tons of construction with debris all over the roads. Join the houston club as they are somewhat active. Hard top is a must and find a good paint shop..............

You will definitely need a top if you plan on driving the car during the daytime. Hasn't been raining much here lately but you never know when one of those isolated thunderstorms will pop up. Our local VCA has recently shown signs of life.

You guys are wussies! There is a lot of traffic 6 am - 10 am & 3-6:30 pm M-F. Weekends you can get around. Top off AC full blast is OK. Some weekends you will want a top of some kind. How about Sept.-May, Nothing like the top off on Christmas Day. Summers are tough here, but Thanksgiving you will have the top off going to the store for your wife for the stuff she forgot for dinner.

I grew up in Sugar Land...ironically enough, I am allergic to cane sugar. Let me know if you ever need a tour ;)

My AC is broke, Viper currently sitting in the garage. Supposed to be nice and cool tomorrow. Around 95 degrees. Maybe I'll put the Viper out!
