How do I get Tom Welch (BTR) to answer my E-mails?

I've been trying to get in contact with Tom Welch (BTR) for a while now. E-mailed him serveral times, posted in his post on the Board and asked him to contact me about some parts he have that are mine. Is it just me, or does he not reply to warranty calls?
Any help is appreciated.
