How do I remove the Halogen bulb from its holder on the fog lights? Help!

I finally figured out how to get the bulb out of the lens cover housing through the inspection cap on the passenger side of the car, and through the front opening too, but I can't get the @#%$" bulb out of the metal socket or housing, and I don't want to force it out and break something. Can't really tell if the bulb is bad, but it would not light up when the fog light switch is turned on. Any assistance would really be appreciated!

Never mind, now that I see the light bulb, it has a white pigtail lead with a spade connector on it, and that is how it is replaced. The bulb does not come out of the base metal bracket, the whole thing gets replaced! I see the light!

There is a metal wire that holds the bulb. Just push on it and it will let go.
