How do you keep the wheelwell liners clean?

I've used the Adams Undercarriage spray on the Ram. Didn't really care for it - very sticky. For something that is basically going to get filthy within a mile a driving it (at least on my roads) I don't really worry about it. If I'm at a show, Armor All is good and cheap (and about the only thing it is good for) and will make the wheelwells look acceptable.

I start by spraying down the liners with Adam's All Purpose Cleaner and scrub them using the Turbo Stick. My car is lowered and there really isn't room to fit my hand in. The Turbo Stick fits in perfect!

Here's a pic of the Turbo Stick on the wheels, I had a pic using it in the fenders, if I find it, I'll post it up.

Use a high pressure nozzle, like a firehose to rinse the APC.

I let it dry then follow it up with Adam's Invisible Undercarriage Spray. Make sure to whipe off any excessive spray with a shop towel. Once set up, UCS should be dry to the touch.

One reason the Undercarriage Spray might not be working well for you could be old product left on the panels. Try scrubbing the panels really well with a good degreaser like All Purpose Cleaner.

Also, Adam's sells a real nice fender brush for all the people who haven't slammed their Vipers!

I like Adams products but, have yet to try that one. After a few line lock burn outs it becomes a project that I never look forward too. I am going to try that Simple Green and see how it works.

Simple Green will clean and degrease the wheel wells, but it will also leave them a dull off-black beige/grey color when it dries. IF you want 'em to look like they did when new, I'd give Mequiar's PlastX a try afterward. It leaves the surface shiny black with no residue of any kind left behind. It is a micro polish for plastic finishes, so there is some rubbing involved-- only worth doing for a full detail.

I tried the Back to Black from Mothers on my wheel well liners and it did not work at all. Still oxidized with the spotty white. Been thinking about shooting the liners with bed liner.

Yep ***** balls on Viper wheel wells. But didn't work too bad on our old Crv Bumpers.

I just got a bottle of Eagle Ones trim spray, i used it on our element and it worked well. I'll try it on Viper when I get a chance.

I've never had luck with simple green, it leaves a white film on everything. I only use it on stuff i really don't care about or to degrese a part.
