I got it off!!!
Well mostly, I just needed to remove it enough to ****** the coolant tank out of the right side....That clip under the headlight is a beeoch!!
How would you get that clip back on?
Thanks Jeff for the PM...I borrowed one of those clip remover tools from work (I work at a car dealer) So that made it easy to remove the clips...No damage to the paint

ps Everyone do yourself a favor and remove the bolt on the facia that is directly below the coolant tank...I have seen it posted here a number of times over the years and I never got around to doing it...now I just slightly bumped one of those parking lot stopper things and punched a hole in the tank....just barely left a mark on the facia but pushed that bolt into the tank.
