How does tube connect to facia overflow bottle?

Since it's almost impossible to see...how does the rubber tube connect to overflow tank in facia? Assuming it's just a push on connection...

Would it be possible to get your hand through the 4" hole in the wheel well to put a clip on the connection assuming you had the right size clip?

If I remember correctly, the hose just gets pushed on at the bottom of the overflow tank.

Is it possible to reach it with your hand through the hole?

It takes about 7 minutes to remove the front....
