On the Viper it's 29. Most standard cars are 32. Most performance cars will range from 30-40 most of the time.

I'd go with 32 for grocery getting....that way driving on cold tires or variations with temp (e.g. you fill em hot and then set out on a cold morning) won't affect you that much. If you're going out for some entrance ramp abuse, go with 35-37 to keep the sidewalls from scrubbing (but do warm them up before attacking the entrance ramps!). Although a PITA, the best method is try a bunch of different pressures and see which one feels best for how you intend to use it.

I use 29 here. But, in other news, I am very proud to report that after several tries I actually got my friend to go into Autozone and ask for "summer air" in all four tires.

BACKSTORY: Her traction control light went off in her car (she didn't realize she accidently hit the button to turn it off). So, she asks me what's wrong. I tell her the light means she has non-seasonal air in her tires and needed the winter air replaced with summer air from Autozone ASAP. Well, turns out she believed me and I got an angry phone call about an hour later, hahaha! I KNOW I should feel bad, but I really dont :)
