how much for a black gen 1 hood?

Back in the day I'd say 12k. Nowadays with all the options people have, maybe 1-3k. But then again, I usually don't know what I'm talking about. I'm sure others will chime in. Good luck.

Now I know that if you get in an accident its about 12k to replace it. So I know its worth more than four fiddy! I have seen them go for 6-7k I wanted to get around 3k is that possible?

I was gonna say 3K. I think I've seen them listed for that.

3k is fair. There are fewer Gen. I hoods out there, but it's all about supply and demand. I've been looking for a decent Gen. II hood for a while and they've run from $3k to $6k used with no damage. Once in need of repair are of course cheaper. If you want to actually move the hood, $2k would pique more interest but that still doesn't mean it will sell.
