OK, colors are out 08 is just about gone, how do I order a 09, do I walk into any dealer and give a deposit and tell them what I want or do I somehow order online and they let me know when its in.

Correction, 08 is far from sold out. That would be your best bet if you are ready to buy now, unless you just have to get one of the new colors. Look in the classifieds here (or Viper Alley if you can't find one here). Find one you like. Email the dealer, make a deal, drive home tomorrow.

Not sure what you mean about 08's being "about gone". There are a ton of 08's available unless you mean not in the color you want.

Call 800-889-1893, ask to speak with Bill Pemberton, negotiate your deal, then he rides over to our Viper storage facility and gets your car. Brings it back to the shop for another once over by our dedicated Viper/SRT Technicians and then has it detailed. Loaded on trailer same day and in route, two days later at the MOST it is delivered to you in a personalized manner in one of our dedicated enclosed haulers by one of our drivers. They will cover the car as they enter and exit the trailer to prevent any smudges and help with any other concerns or paper work.

We want to be your Viper store, not just take an order for one.
