How to remove gas filler cap from a 2002 viper gts?

I removed the 4 allen bolts from the cap seems like the plastic/rubber neck is holding the cap on.Tried a little WD on it but no luck so far.Any idea's?I plan on getting it chromed.

I was successful in removing the cap by heating the rubber neck with a hair dryer and a little wd-40

Be careful with any heat source around GASOLINE! That glowing red element in the end of the heat gun!
