Good question. I guess around 20-30hp. I did a lot of change this spring to my Viper. Added B&B header with 3'' B&B headback and other staff ... Gained around 40hp (estimated from acceleration). I am still tuning the car so the dyno will have to wait.

To Stugots

LMAO ..... AND EVERYTIME someone posts and asks about headers and what brand to purchase or use...you ALWAYS recommend B+B    ......dude you post like you have "no clue" and MOST of your posts or replys about YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS .... are because YOU have them...You should learn to THINK before you post or respond.

Explain this one!!!!!!

You agree...but you have a modified air box and vipair in your sig.

It seems you just post to get more and more posts under your name...If you are not sure on an answer to a question...you should learn to keep quiet, and not mislead anyone.

Just stating the facts...You remind me of Craig 201 ( Now Banned)..who was a know it all...with 17,000 posts over at the Alley...Who DOESN'T even own a Viper. Care to explain to us?

STUGOTS,

Several things.

First,

I have seen non creampuffs pickup 20rwhp from headers but usualy its more like 10-15. Only 1 viper non creampuff have I seen not gain anything from headers to this day we still have no idea why.

Second,

This being that you claim your car makes 500+rwhp/580rwtq now, I would say that your dyno should show a good 50rwhp and yet another 100rwtq. Who needs a supercharger when you have super dynos. :ooo:

Third,

It should be interesting since you have a way to tune for the additional fuel needed, I dont think anyone has actualy tuned a viper after installing headers.

First of all I did alot of research and found B&B to be the best flowing header, however I could not find any HP #'s.

Second I have a modified air filter housing so I can put on the 3" smooth tubes HE had a belanger intake (BIG DIFFRENCE) I still have the stock intake and use the flat filters only diffrence in mine is the holes are bigger to support 3" tubes.

See I know alot from HOURS AND HOURS of research on here, just because im not sure of an exact hp # does NOT mean I know nothing about the header.

Stugots, in all honesty...you seem to cause some friction on this site....with members who can accurately answer all your questions, and members who have tons of Viper experience and vast knowledge. Like I said, your posts seem very erratic with not many facts to reinforce your statements. I am not trying to cause any trouble at all, you can read into it any way you like...

Actually I did answer a question for you recently...you either gave no notice or response post, (about tires and traction).

Chill out Man , and stop taking everything as a personal attack. I know other members have expressed their same feelings towards you also.

If you ask a question, and IF I have the CORRECT answer ..I will reply. I don't post just to add up posts or give questionable answers.

Ditto!
He makes posts about the Roe S/C and has never even had one. 2BADD 4U you should check out his post about his claimed 505RWHP/577RWTQ dyno #'s. LYAO. He claims he is only 19 or something so that might explain the ignorance.

Back to the question. STUGOTS if you use your Fisher Price dyno machine B&B Headers should put you up to 550rwhp and over 600rwtq right? :) :)

If you don't mind my asking, what exactly did this research consist of and what were the results? I'd like to see some flow numbers on B&B and other Viper headers.

Basicly man its like this everything I know about vipers I either asked the Wizard or picked up on this site so yeah if I do get the wrong info on this site then I will have the wrong info and when a question is asked (thinking I have the right answer) I answer it.

I have done TONS of research on mods so I did pick up quite a bit on that subject.

1. I posted in the Roe S/C thread because (like I said( I am interested in one and HAVE done alot of research on the subject.

2. you of all people you not talk about dyno numbers, you yourself have been in a situation (with the Roe blower) where you gained ALOT LESS then most people, so you should be well aware that not ever car is alike, also if you look through a few peoples sigs there are a few who have as much power as me with the same mods or close, or people who you can tell if they did 1 or 2 more mods they would have even MORE then me. If you really want to say Dyno's are lying then the same could be said about your situation, the dyno lied the Roe really gave you the power it promised right??

3.im 21 I was 19 when I bought my viper.

4. I used more the 1 dyno and they all (except the mustang dyno of course) showed around the same hp/tq give or take a couple

there was a post awhile back (not too sure of the name) where a few guys were comparing the design and the overall majority of them decided that the B&B was a better design, and this were a few people that I have come to trust and respect their opinion. in other workds they know their **** lol
