Whats with the wings..

Is there a real mechanical reason for adding a wing to a stock Viper? Or is it mainly for the look..

In terms of appearance I do agree that it is a matter of taste. And I am not critiqing that..
I just want to know if the Wing serves a purpose..

The wing is for road coarse only, and LOOKS. but on the drag strip it will work against you like a big air brake. A lose of about 3 MPH is what I have been told. Mine is easy to remove for the drag strip.

I have the Autoform catalog with those pictures but I would like to see a good side shot that shows how it attaches. Price is 1600$ painted, +100$ for stripes. It mounts behind the licence plate I think. Just wondering if it looks funny with the mounting brackets. The rear shot of Don's car looks great!

Don hit it on the head. I bought mine for looks and looks only. It's all individual taste.
