is it a clean title? Upgrades are downgrades in terms of value. Brakes and Shocks are stock probably. Sitting for 14 years without starting?

25k maybe assuming its in better condition than the issues lead it to seem.

15-20k if not a clean title and issues are worse than they seem and it hasnt moved in 14 years.

You are selling at a real lull in the Viper Market. Without some MUCH
better pics, especially of the front end damage, and clarification on
Title status youre basically selling a parts car. A nice, running 94 floats
around $40k these days - Minus $5k for bad title, Minus $5k for sitting
so long, Minus $5k for new Headlights, Minus $3-10k for a new Hood...
well, you get the idea. For whatever its worth im sorry you are in this
position...

Recommend fixing those issues within reason. Repair/replace the wheels. Many people sell wheels & tires with much newer rubber in the $2-3k range. Get a quote to fix whatever damage you are referring to. Can you upload better pictures? It's really tough to tell what's going on in those photos. Also, are there further maintenance concerns? I assume because the tires are so old, that there are other issues. Brakes, fluids, leaks, battery etc.
