How do I go about finding the owner of a particular Viper? The only information I have is the cars VIN number.

If the administrators have the VIN information they could contact the owner and forward the information, then all is still private.
Tom - You have a PM, and we should be able to help you out. Hope you are keeping busy and are as excited about 2012 as we are!How do I go about finding the owner of a particular Viper? The only information I have is the cars VIN number.
Guys, I doubt this is a scam since ViperLSS worked at CAAP building our Snakes

Hopefully, you didn't just realize that you forgot to torque something important on an '02 Gray and Silver GTS ACR ??

AZTVR - From the first day I was building the Viper and even to this day while I build Ram 1500's I build everyone with the mind set as if this Viper/1500 was going to be parked in my drive after it is finished. So no, I don't think I "missed the torque on something important". Thanks for asking though.
I replied to your PM. I was working at Warren truck building Ram 1500 and Dakota trucks. Starting January 3, 2011 I will be at Sterling Heights Assembly training to go on the second shift.
Let's see..."Am I excited about the 2012"? You owners have no idea how much I want to get back to building these cars. Being on the second shift just makes it worse. Going from building 10 Vipers a day to building 450+ trucks a day is like winning the lottery and then loosing it all at the casino in one hand of poker.

I built the Viper from February 24, 1997 until July 16, 2010. At the time the plant closed there was less than 75 hourly people building the Viper.
I've rambled on haven't I? It's hard not to talk or brag about building these cars.
BTW I was in the Road & Track issue with the Viper article. Well at least my Tattoo was.

That's super cool. What exactly did you do at the Viper plant. Were you trained to do multiple tasks, or did you concentrate on one specific area? I think what I'm getting at is...........were Vipers built differently with regard to assembly? My car is a 2000 Steel Grey GTS ACR, did you work on it? Good luck with your new job, and thanks for caring.
