I would add to that that you guys should try them for other cars than Viper. I called Bill after being frustrated for search for suv. Had owned blazer, suburban, cherokee, bronco, expedition. I was shopping Durango for first time, loved it but I was being yanked around on a deal by local dealer. I called Bill just to find out if it was better to buy 01 or 02 based on rebates and different options, I knew as a Viper owner he would give me great Dodge/Chrysler advice even if I wasn't buying from him. Heck, based on past experience, Bill woud give you great advice even if you had not bought a Viper yet, I spent my 22 hours on the phone with him before I bought, 10 hours just deciding rt vs. gts, right Bill? Anyway 5 minutes into the conversation, I bought a Durango from Bill, all my questions answered, he had the car I could'nt find at a price, including delivery, that my local dealer could not do. Truck was in my driveway 48 hours later, just like our Vipers. Bill and Bob are very modest guys. I checked at one point and I think it would be accurate to say they are in the top 5 for Dodge dealers in the U.S. And if they keep delivering customer service the way they do, they will be number 1 soon. Forgive the commercial, I am in no way associated with Woodhouse in any way, my comments are triggered by dealing with my BMW dealer today with my M5. Bob, Bill, pick up a BMW dealership, great cars, arrogant, dumba$$ dealers!
